By creating an account or using Goavela, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
What Goavela provides
Goavela helps users organize travel ideas, itineraries, maps, bookings, budgets, documents and collaboration. Goavela is a planning tool, not a travel agency or booking provider. AI outputs, prices, opening hours, routes and travel times can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Verify important details directly with the relevant provider before booking or travelling.
Your account
You must provide accurate registration information, keep access credentials secure and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having authority to add personal information about companions.
Acceptable use
Do not use Goavela unlawfully; interfere with security or service availability; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits; upload malware; infringe rights; impersonate others; or submit confidential, payment-card, passport or other highly sensitive data unless the feature clearly calls for it and you accept the risk.
Your content and collaboration
You retain rights in content you submit. You give the operator and its service providers permission to host, process, reproduce and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. When you share a trip, invited people may view or edit content according to their assigned access.
AI features
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and verifying safety-critical or booking information with authoritative sources. Do not rely on Goavela for emergency, visa, medical, legal or financial advice.
Paid services
Paid plans are handled through Stripe. Prices, currency, billing interval, renewal and available features are shown before checkout. Additional terms appear in the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Terms.
Availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goavela is provided “as is”; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, comply with law or address serious misuse. You may stop using Goavela and request deletion in Settings. Subscription cancellation and account-deletion requests are separate steps.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the operator is not responsible for third-party travel providers, bookings, transport, venues, AI outputs, maps, external links, user decisions or indirect losses. The owner must obtain tailored legal advice before setting any liability cap.

Questions can be submitted through Contact & Support. Updated terms apply from the stated effective date, subject to any notice required by applicable law.
