What to include
Describe the issue, the page or feature involved, when it happened and any safe troubleshooting details. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, passport numbers or sensitive booking documents.
Billing
Use Settings → Manage Subscription for cancellation, payment-method or invoice options provided by Stripe. For a refund review, include the plan and charge date. Review the Subscription Terms.
Privacy and deletion
Use the request flow in Settings for account deletion. Requests require review and identity verification may be needed. For other privacy questions, refer to the Privacy Policy.
Travel issues
Goavela cannot modify or cancel third-party travel bookings. Contact the airline, accommodation, venue, transport operator or booking provider directly. For emergencies, contact local emergency services.
